- First of all, let me start off by saying that I am not a negative person...HOWEVER, I've had the worst experience with this store.I ordered the suede-looking natural shoes, received the shiny, leather-like natural shoes. Paid the higher price for the suede-like shoes + $10 shipping.The natural color to me looks cream in the picture, while in person is a very dual dark cream, which almost a greyish hue. The shoe ran slightly big as well, and personally I thought they were cheap looking.Ok, so no big deal, I'll return them right?...thinking they will not charge me a return fee, seeing they sent the wrong shoe anyway and I paid $10 for shipping.
